Portage County residents can access behavioral health services regardless of their ability to pay through a Funded Provider. Funded Providers accept various insurance programs, Medicare and Medicaid, some services on a sliding fee schedule. Call each agency for specifics.

Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs)
The following facilities provide medication-assisted treatment and are certified to administer and dispense FDA-approved medications. In addition, opioid use disorder (OUD) patients receiving these medications also receive counseling and other behavioral therapies to provide patients with a whole-person approach. OTPs must be certified by SAMHSA and accredited by an independent, SAMHSA-approved accredited body.
